Les Miles became the coach of LSU in January, 2005 when he replaced the punk, Nick Saban, that quit on LSU. Here is some information about LSU Coach Les Miles.

• Les Miles played football, baseball, and wrestling at Elyria High School in Ohio.
• He played football for Michigan in 1974 and 1975.
• Les Miles returned to Michigan as an assistant coach under Bo Schembechler in 1980.
• In 1982 he moved to the University of Colorado as an assistant coach.
• In 1987 Les Miles moved back to Michigan.
• Les Miles then moved to Oklahoma State to become the offensive coordinator.
• From 1998 to 2000, Les Miles was the tight end coach for the Dallas Cowboys.
• In 2001 he returned to OSU as the head coach.
• In 2002 Les Miles was named the Big 12 Conference coach of the year by the AP.
• In 2005, he got smart and was lucky enough to be named LSU Coach Les Miles!
• In his first year of coaching the LSU Tigers, the team finished the season ranked number five in the AP.
• In Les Mile's second year at LSU, they finished the season ranked number three.
• In his third year, LSU will end up ranked number one after they beat Ohio State in the BCS National Championship game!!

LSU FOOTBALL is the greatest football in the world! The LSU PLAYERS kick butt. As part of the SEC, the LSU SCHEDULES are so exciting. The LSU BOWL GAMES are insane!! The LSU RANK is always number one in the country! I only watch the news to watch some LSU NEWS. I love LSU football!!!!
