LSU RANKOn this page I want to explain the rank of LSU, and every other college team in the AP Top 25. I will tell you each team's current rank, and where I think they should really be ranked. While the rank of LSU should always be at #1, you may disagree with my ranking of other teams. But you probably don't understand the teams as well as I do. 2007 Pre-Season LSU Rank Before the 2007 LSU Football season kicked off in LSU Tiger Stadium, LSU was ranked number two in the country. Before the LSU Tiger Marching Band could play a single song (I love watching them!), LSU was ranked number two. At the end of the 2007 season, what was the LSU rank? Number two in the country! After we murdered Ohio State in the BCS game, we were number one! What does that tell me? Well, it tells me that the polls and the BCS rating system isn't as messed up as a lot of people think. Sure, LSU had a wild season! The LSU rank fluctuated between number one and number seven (very briefly), but we ended up exactly where we were predicted to be before the season ever began- number two. Then we showed that we are number one! If I had any complaints about the LSU rank before the season began it would be that they should have picked LSU as number one. Don't worry though. We will win it all again next year! The LSU Tigers can not be beaten now! We will be going all-the-way!!!!! We know how to shine in the ultimate LSU bowl game- the BCS National Championship game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
